As each piece is handcrafted in small batches with great care, we kindly request you to review our return and exchange policy below.
Please raise all return/exchange requests within 72 hours of delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, a 360° unboxing video is required for verification.
Only one return/exchange request per order can be processed.
Items must be unused and returned with original tags, packaging, boxes, and certificates.
Earrings and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method.
COD/POD Orders: Store credit valid for 30 days.
Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Self-Returns
If self-shipping, please share the courier name and tracking details after dispatch.
For non-serviceable areas, we offer ₹60–₹70 store credit toward return shipping.
